Mountain View Room
The Mountainview room has a warm, peaceful glow to it, especially in the morning when the Brattleboro sunlight fills the room. Located in the front of the main house (street side), on the second floor, this room has a queen size bed, two comfy antique Martha Washington arm chairs and a beautiful view of Brattleboro and Mount Wantastiquet just across the river.
This bed and breakfast room has a private bath with original 1920s tile work and nickel plated brass fixtures. The room has a small writing desk and is decorated in a contemporary chocolate color.
Highly recommend this place anytime - and given the times important to note they have taken great safety precautions. Everything sparkling clean - sanitizer everywhere and all masked.

The Crown Point Room is located in the front of the house (street side) and has a queen size bed that sleeps 2 and can also accommodate a memory foam roll-away. The bed and breakfast room gets rays of the Brattleboro morning sun and has a front view of Mt. Wantastiquet.

Garden View Room
The Garden Room is located in the backyard side of the bed and breakfast house, with south and west exposures, it has a wonderful view of our gardens and fountain. In the afternoon. When the sun comes from that direction it really is the most spectacular scene. It is a generous sized room with a queen bed and two comfy arm chairs in which to relax in front of the gas log fire.
The Garden Room has a private bath with original 1920s tile work and original nickel plated brass fixtures. It is decorated in a peaceful outdoor theme and has a bright and airy feel to it with the fresh Brattleboro air. Perfect for a refreshing bed and breakfast getaway.
The Inn is simply first class and beautiful as it offers many quaint and quiet spots inside and on the grounds to enjoy fun and quiet moments together with family, a good book or a nap!

Ripley Suite
The Ripley Suite is our most well appointed room & was the master suite of the house, originally built for Brattleboro’s very own, Dr. Horace Ripley and his wife. The bed and breakfast room has a large bedroom with a queen bed, French doors opening onto its own separate sitting room with a gas log fireplace, extra large TV and love seat. Also, there is a comfortable desk with a magnificent view. The Suite is on the backyard side of the bed and breakfast and overlooks the gardens, fountain, and water of the West River.
The Ripley Suite has a spacious private bath with original 1920s tile work and original nickel plated brass fixtures and a soaking tub. The Suite is the largest guest room in the entire bed and breakfast and is decorated in several shades of warm terra cotta and natural greens with inviting touches. This room brings you back to the orignal Brattleboro aesthetic.
I can't tell you how pretty and comfortable this was. The bed was awesome, the sheets are so soft!

Red Maple Room
The Maple Room is located just a few steps from the main bed and breakfast house in the former Carriage House. The room has a large private bath with unique ship port windows and a 2-person whirlpool Jacuzzi tub.
This is one of the coziest rooms in the bed and breakfast – it is well suited for a romantic getaway. There is a warm and inviting gas log fireplace in the bedroom, sitting area with a leather love seat, and a writing desk. This is a very elegant room for a perfect stay in Brattleboro, Vermont.
There are no words to describe how perfect the breakfast and service was - Paul's gourmet touches and selections made this among the top B&Bs anywhere. Seriously, people - we loved this place
