- For more big mountain skiing in Vermont, head just under an hour away to Stratton Mountain. Stratton Mountain has an impressive 99 runs, including several glades, and there are several high-speed lifts to get you on the snow and skiing in no time at all. Stratton Mountain is also where you’ll find the highest peak in the state, with an impressive 2,000-foot vertical drop.
- If you’re up for a drive, even Bromley and Killington Ski Resorts are within easy reaching distance for the day – at around 60 and 90 minutes, respectively.
